Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on Durak Crypto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You may only use Durak Crypto if:

·You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

·You are not located in a jurisdiction where online skill-based gambling with cryptocurrency is prohibited.

·You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.

·You have not previously been banned from the platform.

It is your responsibility to ensure that using this platform is legal in your country. We reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at our sole discretion.

3. Account

·You may register one account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently banned.

·You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.

·You must provide accurate information at registration. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.

·We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

·All transactions are made in USDT (TRC-20) on the Tron blockchain. We do not accept any other token or network.

·Deposits are credited after 19 blockchain confirmations (approximately 1 minute on Tron).

·The minimum withdrawal amount is 5 USDT. A flat withdrawal fee of 1.5 USDT is deducted to cover network (gas) costs.

·Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address you specify. Always double-check the address — blockchain transactions are irreversible.

·We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or lost due to network issues outside our control.

5. Platform Fee

A 5% platform fee is deducted from the total pot of each completed game. The remaining 95% is distributed among players who successfully emptied their hand before the Durak (loser) was determined. The fee is displayed clearly before each game starts.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

·The official game rules are described on the How it works page. By joining a game, you confirm you understand and accept these rules.

·The use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to play on your behalf is strictly prohibited.

·Collusion between players — coordinating to gain an unfair advantage over others at the same table — is prohibited.

·Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform must be reported to support. Exploiting bugs for financial gain will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of the account balance.

·Game results are final. We do not reverse or replay completed hands except in cases of verified technical error on our part.

7. AFK & Timeouts

Each player has 30 seconds per move. After 3 consecutive timeouts in a single game, you are automatically removed and forfeit your bet. This rule exists to protect other players from deliberate stalling.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

·Money laundering or use of the platform for any illegal financial activity.

·Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the platform.

·Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or staff via chat, support, or any other channel.

·Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person.

·Creating accounts using stolen identities or payment methods.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including but not limited to the game engine, UI design, logos, and text — is the exclusive property of Durak Crypto. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Durak Crypto is not liable for:

·Loss of funds due to your own negligence (e.g., sending to a wrong address, losing account credentials).

·Losses caused by network congestion, blockchain forks, or Tron protocol changes outside our control.

·Interruptions to service due to maintenance, cyber attacks, or force majeure events.

·In-game losses — all games are skill-based and outcomes depend on player decisions and card distribution.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the incident.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you believe there has been an error in a game outcome or a financial transaction, contact us via the support page within 7 days of the incident. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Our decision is final for all game-related disputes.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. We will notify registered users via email for material changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Durak Crypto is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
